Hi

In order to use remote support, you have to purchase it from Freedom
Scientific.  The same is true for Tandem direct.  If you did purchase remote
support, contact Freedom Scientific to have them create a dongle update file
for you.

off late, i purchased jaws 15 with dongle. however, when i check on about
jaws. it says Tandem Direct: Disabled Authorized using a Dongle. what's
