Nothing is wrong but it sounds like you don't believe me. Tandem direct is
something separate from just Tandem. 

I don't have tandem direct either but I have been using tandem since it came
out with a dongle. It has something to do with a work environment and to be
honest it's been so long since I heard the explanation I don't remember
exactly what it is any more. 

I do believe it is an additional purchase.
