I am using IE 9, jaws 15, I have none of these problems. Maybe check your verbos settings for Jaws to do what you need it to do in IE. Personally, I like to hear jaws say, "edit" when I encounter one, that forms mode is already on, that bong sound doesn't work for me. I did a search well, I do searches all the time, Jaws15 and IE 9 seem to be a match. You could maybe reset IE 9, back to the deafult settings, or check to see if an add on is causing some of these issues and disabled it.
