I'm using Windows 7 Professional, Office 2010 Home & Business and Jaws 15, latest build.
I hadn't used this computer for quite a while. Now, when I try to open Outlook 2010, it takes a very long time, occasionally as much as 2 minutes. This is not a common occurrence on this machine. What could cause Outlook 2010 to slow down like that in the Startup? Here's what I have already tried. I went in and deleted all unnecessary files from the folders. I can't find any kind of diagnosing tools in the system but maybe I'm missing something. Will it be necessary to re-install this program? If so, do I have to re-install the entire Home & Business 2010 or just the Outlook program, itself? Any help would be welcome.
