I have a Win 7 64 bit pc running jaws 14 and I used the ctl+shift+d and it did not bring up anything. Are you sure this is the correct key combination to bring up the default settings center?

Latest build of JAWS15 using Eloquence, I have: number processing controlled by synthesizer, and it speaks single digits; if number contains 5 or more digits, speak single digits; and, if number contains dashes, checked, and it speaks single digits (as it should). be sure to cycle through the values in that dialogue with spacebar for all of the relevant items until you reach the one you want set.
