Hi,
I've had that issue with both IE11 and firefox. Sometimes, but not always, if I
tab, then the virtual cursor is suddenly there again.
Thanks
Lauren

Subject: [JAWS-Users] Issue With JAWS 15 And Internet Explorer 11

Hi,

At home, I am using WINDOWS 8.1, Internet Explorer 11 and the latest build of
JAWS 15. When I open IE 11, I used to hear a page read out and JAWS was in
Virtual Cursor Mode. Now, although I can read menus and can hear the names of
various Tabs which I have, it appears that the main website content window is
blank. JAWS does not read anything and remains in PC Cursor Mode. I can open
Google Chrome and it works, however, I prefer to use IE. I have tried
refreshing the page, to no avail.

Any ideas as to why this is happening and what I can do to fix it? My internet
connection is fine and working for everything else.

Many Thanks, With Kind Regards,
Charles Nicol
