Check insert-z to make sure that is turned on. If that isn't it, try
going to a webpage, it could have had its home page changed to blank.
if that isn't it, get malware bytes and run it, such behavior changes
often indicate a problem.

Hi,
At home, I am using WINDOWS 8.1, Internet Explorer 11 and the latest build
of JAWS 15. When I open IE 11, I used to hear a page read out and JAWS was
in Virtual Cursor Mode. Now, although I can read menus and can hear the
names of various Tabs which I have, it appears that the main website
content window is blank. JAWS does not read anything and remains in PC
Cursor Mode. I can open Google Chrome and it works, however, I prefer to
use IE. I have tried refreshing the page, to no avail.
Any ideas as to why this is happening and what I can do to fix it? My
internet connection is fine and working for everything else.
Many Thanks, With Kind Regards,
Charles Nicol
