Is it worth it to use with other anti virus programs?

Hi,
You can turn it on, when you enter on the defender link, then tab and follow
the prompts.

HTH,
Jorge

W Defender lives on my Win 7computer, but it is turned off and I do not use
it. It came with it when purchased.

Subject: [JAWS-Users] Win Defender on Win 7?

Hi all,
 I have a win 7 and JAWS 15.
I got some type of message indicating that Windows Defender needed to run a
scan.
I don't think that I even haveDefender on my PC.
I use "Quick Heel" as anti virus on that machine.
The message looked like an update from microsoft.
Has anyone seen this?
Does one need Defender on Win 7 machines?
I thought Defender was only for Win 8 machines.

Thanks for any help.

Rich
