Hi Rick,

WYSIWYG was used to describe the look of Windows95, as distinct from the 
looks of some operating systems that had come and gone before. I first 
came across it in the Duxbury Braille Translator program, where it was 
used to describe the look of the process of translating from  print to 
braille.
