Hi The only things that you could move between iPhones using My computer are pictures and videos. The iPhone will only show up in My computer if you actually have pictures or videos on it.. Moving any other files between iPhones requires the use of iTunes. You could sync your old iPhone to the computer, and then sync your computer to the new iPhone. Or you could make a backup of the old iPhone, and then restore that backup on the new iPhone.

The Verizon support told me to go under my computer and in the I phone first move the file(s) to a place on my hd. Then plug in the new phone and relocate them. Neither of my phones show up under my computer. What do I need to do for windows 7 to see these phones? I am using the latest jaws 15on a win 7 32 bit machine. --- Please visit my web page It’s motivational, inspirational with a touch of humor There is also a very extensive resource list for the blind http://www.LennyMcHugh.com International Brotherhood of Magicians member #43990R For answers to frequently asked questions about this list visit: http://www.jaws-users.com/help/ For answers to frequently asked questions about this list visit: http://www.jaws-users.com/help/
