Or Application key ass suggested Or move with alt key to ribbon and tab to new folder button Or Move with alt key to ribbon and tab to quick Access bar. If there is new folder button then tab space bar or enter or press alt+ corresponding number of the button Alt+3 activates third button on the quick Access bar.
