I totally agree with you that this is almost best thing ever to happen. I hope FS never removes this from Jaws updates. I say for the most part the connection is pretty good, occasionally it's dropped, but it's rare. The first time I tandemed with someone, they had the control, it was laughable my computer was talking on it's on and going all over the place, I had to sit on my hands not to touch the keyboard. Now, it's not a problem, FS has made the process so easy to get to and to utilize. The best part is, someone needing to look at your system, and you might not be able to explain the problems, they can look around on their end even if their miles away and locate the issues going on.
