Most of them good but also I've experienced pretty much every possible glitch there is to encounter. All in all though it is still the best feature to come across my desk since the invention of the talking calculator, or for that matter scream readers. The thing is it made the possible faster since I don't have to walk folks step by step to accomplish something. It also made the impossible possible because some things I won't walk people step by step as they are far too touchy. The down side is that it gave me more work to do and less free time.
