I just tried the link you provided and Vipre did block it. But it has a
link on that page for reporting a blocked web site. When I go there it has
a link for submitting a support ticket. You can send them an email by using
that link.

I can not do that. I had my wife try and help. When I enter
www.ultragroups.us it tells me to enter a valid url. Obviously it does not
know the new extensions.

You should have also had an option to notify Vipre to check the site and
they would unblock the site if it is safe.
I once visited a web site that Vipre blocked and within 10 minutes after
contacting Vipre the site was unblocked.

Ok I purchased and installe vipre. The first site that I attempted to go to
vipre blocked It is www.ultragroups.us where my guidedog list is hosted.
I was instructed to add it to allowed sites in the firewall. I can not get
there. Under view there is firewall. No where is a place for me to add the
exception. Plus most of the buttons will not activate with the space bar or
enter.
