Thank you very much, but will it retain all other formatting within my
permanent template and just removed the annoying Heading Level 3 alone? I do
not wish to disturb the rest of my template in any way. Thanks again.

Select the rows with the heading level you don't want and press
ctrl+spacebar and ctrl+shift+n. If there is a text on those rows, it will
lose formatting.
