Don't know if you solved the problem because this email is older, but might
the battery on your mother board need changed?  Happened to me.  Each time I
shut down my computer and turned it back on the date changed, and all web
certificates were invalid.  I  had had the computer for two days.

Subject: [JAWS-Users] Windows seven keeps changing my clock time

I am using windows seven 64 bit and Jaws v15. Ever so often Windows randomly
changes my clock time setting. It will turn back the clock one hour even if
I have automatic time change disable. I go in to date and time fix the clock
say ok and all is well for a while and weeks later it does the hour change
again.
