It happened to me in the past that my laptop kept changing. The reason
is that it was on a time zone that is different than my actual one, so
windows keeps trying to correct it back to where it thinks is your real
time zone. When I changed my sitting to a different time zone that is
one hour ahead of my original one, it stayed the same. This usually
happens after April when one hour is added in many countries like mine
to the clock.

Don't know if you solved the problem because this email is older, but might
the battery on your mother board need changed? Happened to me. Each time I
shut down my computer and turned it back on the date changed, and all web
certificates were invalid. I had had the computer for two days.

Subject: [JAWS-Users] Windows seven keeps changing my clock time
I am using windows seven 64 bit and Jaws v15. Ever so often Windows randomly
changes my clock time setting. It will turn back the clock one hour even if
I have automatic time change disable. I go in to date and time fix the clock
say ok and all is well for a while and weeks later it does the hour change
again.
