just press alt T, junk folder is in the list enter on it, then you land on the
general tab, right arrow to get to the different tabs.
You can make changes how emails and addresses are handled, as well as blocking
or unblocking, adding to the safe senders list, but if the option is checked
for each time you reply to email, it's added in the safe senders list. I
strongly advise to keep that option checked, otherwise, it will land in the
junk folder.
You literally have to train this junk folder to respond the way you want it to.
Another check box I keep checked is the window's contacts, because they match
from the email client as in window's contacts.
I love that feature when if your in either your email client or not, if you
add/remove, it will be that way in both instances.

  Open Outlook,
  1. press alt plus t to open the tools menu
   2. On the tools menu up arrow to options and press enter.
  3. Tab to email options and hit enter
  4. Tab down and see, if you see anything on deleted mail.

I have the same problem from time to time regarding e-mails showing up in my
Junk mailbox, rather than my In Box. Not sure what causes it. I always just
check my Juck box prior to deleting it, just to be sure.

Can't say I have found messages in my deleted box which should have been in
  my In box, however.

  Hi to all,

Had this problem for some time now, its regarding emails when deleted don't
now go in to the deleted folder all the time, but go in to the junk folder
instead. Also, some of the emails meant for the inbox go I n to the junk
folder as well, and they are recognized emails as well. Need some help with
  this problem?
