just press alt T, junk folder is in the list enter on it, then you land on the general tab, right arrow to get to the different tabs. You can make changes how emails and addresses are handled, as well as blocking or unblocking, adding to the safe senders list, but if the option is checked for each time you reply to email, it's added in the safe senders list. I strongly advise to keep that option checked, otherwise, it will land in the junk folder. You literally have to train this junk folder to respond the way you want it to. Another check box I keep checked is the window's contacts, because they match from the email client as in window's contacts.
