hello there; if your wanting to get into the junk folder, assuming your using MSOutlook 2010 or 2007,
bring up the go to folder command, ctrl+y now press the letter "j" until you hear, junk folder, press enter. now, to get into the junk menu, press the applications key, up arrow you will see, junk sub menu, here you will find various choices, Add Sender to Blocked Senders List Add Sender to Safe Senders List Add Sender's Domain (@example.com) to Safe Senders List Add Recipient to Safe Recipients List Mark as Not Junk... Press alt T go to junk submenu and enter, the first thing that opens is the general tab, there's 4 choices you can pick.
