I haven't looked recently, but there may be something in the menus regarding the junk mail folder. Haven't used Windows Mail for some time. Not sure what causes it. I always just check my Juck box prior to deleting it, just to be sure. Can't say I have found messages in my deleted box which should have been in my In box, however.
