I believe Win8 by default has a Accessories folder on the start screen. Are you sure it is not this folder you have opened and not a new folder you just created? Follow this path and look for an accessories folder: c:\users\[your name]\ If there is an accessories folder in this location check the properties for the folder. If it states it has been created today, then you previously opened the Accessories folder already on the start screen.
