Yes it is there, but there must be a graphic or something because when I
press enter on the double click and arrow down to the update, nothing
happens. When I alt tab then I am out of that box.

Go to the system tray, if there is anything it should be listed there.
Highlight the download and press the tab key to the double click button,
press the spacebar.

needs to be updated and to click here for update. I have no idea where to
