After you press the spacebar to initiate the double click button,
Your next step you should be tabbing, not arrowing.
Then, tab through the download.

Yes it is there, but there must be a graphic or something because when I
press enter on the double click and arrow down to the update, nothing
happens. When I alt tab then I am out of that box.
