Yes it is the amount of words spoken
so advanced will have only needed tesxt and intermediate is in the middle and
beginner has all text spoken so many do not need all that spoken over and over
Hope this clears it up

Hi Janet,
To set your verboscity for a particular program:
1. Press, Insert + V, to open Jaws Options while in the particular program.
2. Arrow down to, User Verboscity, & press the spacebar to toggle through
your 3 options. i.e., Beginner, Advanced, & Intermediate. When Jaws
reports the level you want press enter to save your change & close.
You can also press, Insert + 6, on the number row to open the Configuration
Manager then press, control, shift, + D, for the Default Configuration
Manager, & press, Alt + S, to open.
Arrow down to, Verboscity Options, & press enter to open or after pressing,
Alt + S, press the letter, V, to put you directly into verboscity options.
HTH
Take care.
Mike
