I am using W7, latest jaws and outlook 2010 and I always seem to have a ghost copy of my last email that I have deleted. No matter how many times I delete the last email the ghost copy is still there. Does anyone have any info as to how I might bring an end to this? I will appreciate any suggestions on this. I couldn't find anything on this on the jaws-users home page.
