When this happens on Win 7 I will shut the email client and alt tab to the
email and hit escape and it is gone.

I am using W7, latest jaws and outlook 2010 and I always seem to have a
ghost copy of my last email that I have deleted. No matter how many times
I delete the last email the ghost copy is still there. Does anyone have

info as to how I might bring an end to this? I will appreciate any
suggestions on this. I couldn't find anything on this on the jaws-users
home page.
