With googleChrome and a popular free screen reader, you can fast
forward/rewind/increase/decrease volume by holding the alt key down
while using the four arrows. You don't even need to change the current
reading mode. This unfortunately doesn't work with jaws for some reason.
To the moderators, I hope speaking about another screen reader here is
not prohibitted, otherwise I am sorry for that...
