Hello,

Here are a few suggestions. This applies to Word 2013 and 2010 but the Word
methods shown will vary somewhat with earlier versions of Word.

I switched to JAWS 14 and the same keystrokes seem to work. However, they
seemed to work intermittently in both JAWS 14 and 15. In Word 2013 you can
move forward through a document by revision by first turning on track
changes by using CTRL with shift and E, and then using Alt followed by R
followed by H. You can move backward through a document by revision by
using Alt followed by R followed by F. JAWS doesn't always announce that
the focus is on a revision but I have found that after moving to a revision
using Word 2013's method that if I use right arrow away from it and left
arrow back to it JAWS will announce that it is a revision. If this works
you can then use CTRL with JAWS key and R to read the revision. If you use
Alt followed by R followed by H to move to a revision the choices for
accepting or rejecting the revision can be found in the contextual menu by
using the application key.

The Alt followed by R followed by H activates the Jump to Next Revision
button under the review tab. The Alt followed by R followed by F is for the
Jump to previous revision button of the review tab. If you are not using
Word 2013 then check under the reviewing choices in the version of Word you
are using to get the applicable keys to use.

You can use Word's Advanced Find dialog to find highlighted text. In Word
2013 and I think in word 2010 you need to go under the home tab and navigate
to the Find button by using CTRL with right arrow key a few times or just
tab across the lower part of the ribbon under the Home tab. Press spacebar
on the Find button and use down arrow key to the Advance Find option and
press enter. This brings up the Find box as it was in earlier versions of
Word. (If you are using Word 2003 just use CTRL+F). Use tab key and if
there is a More button press spacebar. Tab to the Format button and press
spacebar. Arrow down to the highlight option and press enter key. Tab to
the Find Next button and press spacebar. Dismiss the Find box if necessary
by using escape key. Focus should be on the first highlighted area in the
document if you started at the top of the document. use CTRL with page down
and CTRL with page up to move forward or backward through a document to find
the highlighted text. With track changes turned on by using CTRL+Shift+E
you can read the revision when you move to it using JAWS key with CTRL and
R.

If you can turn on track changes using CTRL with shift and E and then use
Windows key with semicolon to get the list of things like comments and
revisions then use the revisions choice at the bottom of the list. You can
arrow down past the link and hear a bit about the revision. Press enter on
the link to move to the point in the document where the revision is located.
Again though, this method seems to work intermittently AS DOES THE KEYSTROKE
FOR LISTING COMMENTS (ctrl+Shift+apostrophe). . When focused on a comment
use the keystroke of Alt+Shift+apostrophe.

Take care.
