Internet Explorer 8 is being updated from time to time still, on Windows
XP.

I do not believe the last software update is the problem my friend. It
is more likely something else is the issue.
Interestingly enough on my XP lap top that my niece gave me last year
which is my music server so to speak I just got a notice of updates
available.
Possibly she caught a but for the lack of a better term, this is only
a guess at this point unfortunately.

My doctor has a problem. The office computer is a win xp tower. Since
the last software update she can only go into internet explorer. She
can not open any of her word documents. I think that there is a way to
undo the last software update. I do not remember how or where. Any
help is greatly appreciated.
