First, I was able to fill out the form for Alaska to sign up for their plan, quite a while ago with little problem as I recall. I have recently tried to sign up with American and Jet Blew. I'm using J15 and Win8. I tried first with EI and then called and was told to turn off pop up blockers. Did that. No change. Then downloaded Firefox and frankly, it was worse. Furthermore, I couldn't find where you turn off the pop up blockers. Any suggestions would be appreciated. BTW, when I called Jet Blue, they informed me that they could not sign me up over the phone. So annoying! (Frown).
