Hi Dave. No dice. I understand this might bring up a toolbar with some additional options like text drawing that are inaccessible, but I selected some text and performed the action you recommended with no results. Possibly I could post this question to another list?

These versions did not offer a means of circling your text in a word processed document. However, I'm wondering if you could highlight the text instead of circling it. I think there is an actual highlight feature in Word 2010, but I have never looked into using it. You could however, select the text you want to circle and change the background and foreground colors.
