A gentleman by the name of Brian Smart has created an ISO for installing any and or all versions of Windows 7 using the NVDA screen reader. I have used it quite a number of times to install Windows 7 by myself.
Just search for it and give it a look see. BTW it is over a 4 gig byte download.
