no, it's not free. it does cost, I'm not sure of the current cost, but I 
think you can get the antivirus for up to 12 computers for a one time cost 
of $99. or pay for a 1, 2 or 3 year subscription for included phone support. 
the $99 only applies to the antivirus. the Internet Security is based on a 
subscription.
