I noticed too that my 31.0 shows no update history. I assumed that a.
this is of no consequence since most of my settings on version 24
continued and b. the lack of history could mean that I downloaded "new"
as if there were no priors. The latter makes little sense since I did
not have to mark settings again. Some times we have to accept anomalies
or we'll get nothing else done while we try to figure them out.
