Ok, when you do the alt down arrow then press the letter you want when
you get to the place do an alt up arrow give this a try, what site is
this and I can test it for you if you like?

Ok, when you are in the combo box try doing an alt down arrow and then
picking the library that you want and then do an alt up arrow to close the
combo box.
