I would like to comment here after reading the original person's problem. I too was having this same issue, selecting and copy to clipboard and paste and it wasn't there..
this is how I fixed it. Open IE, press Insert Key and V, then go to virtual cursor and make sure that, copy from vertual cursor is selected, tab to ok to save changes.
