How exactly do I do this? My problem is that I can not hold down the "FN
Key", the "insert Key", and the "f7 key" all at the same time. Do I press
the "Shift Lock key" and the "FN key at the same time? Or, do I press the
"Shift Lock key" first and then the "FN key?

Thanks for your help so far.

Use the shift lock key and FN key along with the function keys row. I
have the same issue with my Gateway laptop.
