[JAWS-Users] can't get to my desktop

for some reason I can’t get to my desktop this morning. when I hit windows key 
+m, as I always have, “ program manager unavailable” comes up. what do I need 
to do so that this stops, and I can get to my desktop, and it’s icons? jaws 12, 
win 7
