Hi, I used to be able to enter on the echo test link in my contacts and it would go through the test. Now I have to tab a bunch of times and actually call them to get the test. My test then is okay. I'm not sure how I would find a skype icon when jaws is turned off. Thanks Lauren

Their solution was to unload jaws, and then press enter on the skype Icon, then turn jfw back on. If you are unsure about that, I would just create a keystroke to launch skype by going into the properties that way you will know if skype was launched. If memory serves, I installed an update which caused that issue; however, my memory fails me to which update that would be. Any possible resolution?
