The problem is that when I need to select large number of sheets at once I cannot because jaws does not see the list of sheets that is normally above the status bar. For example, in excel 2007 the bottom line says 'ready' the line above it shows 'sheet1 sheet2...'. I usually rout jaws to pc, pagedown, place the jaws cursor on the first sheet, right click and choose select all. Unfortunately, the jaws cursor doesn't see anything at all on the screen in excel 2013. ----- Original Message ----- From: "Mike Boyd" <[email protected]> To: <[email protected]> Sent: Thursday, September 18, 2014 9:23 PM Subject: Re: [JAWS-Users] jaws and Office 365 Excel 2013
Hi Robert, In Excel 2013, to switch from one sheet in a workbook to another, use the following shortcut key combination. Control+Shift+s This will put you into the dialogue where by you can then use the up and down arrow to select the sheet that you want, then press enter to go to that sheet. hth, Mike [email protected] -----Original Message----- From: Robert Doc Wright Sent: Wednesday, September 17, 2014 8:25 PM To: [email protected] Subject: [JAWS-Users] jaws and Office 365 Excel 2013 When I route jaws to pc it only says "blank". I can no longer get to the list of sheets that normally show above the status line.
