Hello, let me try and answer some your questions.
As far as installing The software, it is done like any other machine that does 
not have a CD drive. So, what you want to do is you want to download the 
software from the website.as far as activating merrier, I cannot help you here, 
as I do not have a touchscreen device. However, when I can tell you is that I'm 
sure that there are custom jesters to do this.once narrator is running though, 
it does support full touchscreen access.in my opinion, much much better than 
previous Versions of narrator with Internet explorer.there are, however, custom 
gestures implemented to help you navigate explore with touchscreen. Sorry that
