Hi Robin,

1 slight mistake & I know it was a typo.  You said, Once it says empty 
document then do a JAWS key plus the letter O. Then tap the letter d for 
document. It should then convert the text image into readable text.  But, we 
know you meant to say to press the Jaws key + spacebar, then press, O, then, 
D.
