I think from a prior conversation...
Hover is equivalent to "On mouse over" If the video graphic is labeled
and the hover link comes as a link on JAWS then you should be able to do
what you want to do.
Lot's of "if's".
Someone else may have a better answer than mine, but at least you have a
starting point.
