2.
Where ever I go, I find only in coming email no matter if it is send folder
delete folder or whatever.
3.
Whenever I open it, it says table view is it recommended view for MS outlook

Hello,

In Word (at least in 2013 and I think in Word 2010) by default heading 1
style through heading 9 style are used. You can use Alt with Shift and
right or left arrow key to move between the different headings. You can
turn on Outline view by pressing Alt followed by W followed by U. In this
view as you use Alt with Shift and right or left arrow keys you are setting
your level. Use Alt+delete key to find out the cursor position after using
those keystrokes if you want to confirm that the levels are being used
correctly. You will also get an Outline tab on the ribbon with options that
can be used.

In list styles such as numbered lists what is used for the different levels
depends on the type of numbering you choose. When you press enter key after
typing in a number the next line will have the next sequential number. If
you use tab on that line the number might be changed to a letter. Tab again
and you might have a roman numeral. Use backspace and you move back a level
at a time. What you get when you tab or shift+tab on new lines in a
numbered list depends on the type of numbered list you are using.

Take care.
