Hello, I have tried to answer your questions but if my answers are not what you are needing then feel free to contact me off list at the Email address shown at the bottom of my message.
1. How can I add email address of incoming email I mean sender's address? In Outlook 2013 you can add a sender's address to your contacts. First open the message. Usually, you can use CTRL with the end key to move to the bottom of the open message and then tab key to find the Email address of the sender. Sometimes the first time you tab from the bottom of the message you might get a link that is still in the message. Try tabbing again. If you find the Email address then use the application key or shift with function key 10 to bring up the contextual menu and choose "add to Outlook contacts" from the menu. (Use up or down arrow key in the menu and press enter key on your choice). If tabbing from the bottom of the opened message doesn't bring focus to the sender's Email address then go to the top of the open message by using CTRL with home key and use shift key with tab key until you get to the sender's address. You can then use the application key or the shift key with function key 10 to get the contextual menu. Use up or down arrow key and press enter key on the "Add to Outlook Contacts" menu item. The list that appears depends on your type of account, it might be Contacts, Contacts on this computer only or whatever the default list name is that is being used. Usually the name and address are filled in but tab to the various controls and make changes as needed. Check for a Save button and use spacebar on it, and then check for a Close button and use spacebar on it. (Use tab key through the controls to find those buttons). To add a contact directly and not from an Email message then move to the Contacts list. If in the inbox use CTRL with 3. (that is the 3 on the main part of the keyboard above the e). When in the contacts list use CTRL with N to start a new contact. Fill in the various controls by tabbing to them. 2. Where ever I go, I find only in coming email no matter if it is send folder delete folder or whatever. I am wondering if you are actually opening those other folders. What I mean is that in Outlook 2013 you need to press enter key on the name of the folder in the folder list. If you move to the folder list by using shift key with tab key from the list of messages and you use arrow keys or first letter navigation to move to the folder in the folder list, if you just tab at that point into the list you have not opened that folder. You will still hear messages from the list you were in before. You need to press enter key when you find the name of the folder in the folder list that you want to move to and then you can tab into the list of messages for that folder. Let's say that you are in the inbox and you use shift with tab to move to the folder list. You then press S until you find the Sent Messages folder. If you just tab at that point you haven't opened the folder you moved to. Instead you need to press enter key on the Sent Messages folder name and then tab into the list of messages for that folder. 3. Whenever I open it, it says table view is it recommended view for MS outlook 2013? If you recommend it to change, how can I do it? I think that the main changes to be made to the view settings are related to the items in the layout group. Use Alt with V to move to the view tab on the ribbon. Use tab key to move to the bottom part of the ribbon. Use CTRL with right arrow key until you get to the layout group. Use tab key to move to the various panes. The first one in Outlook 2013 is the folder pane. Use spacebar to find a list of choices. Use up and down arrow keys to find out which option is currently checked. If the normal item is checked then just press escape key. If the normal item is not checked then after moving to that choice press enter key to check it. Go back into the layout options and find the reading pane submenu. Use space bar to get the list of options. If you don't want the reading pane then find out if the Off item is checked. If it is checked then just press escape key and if it is not checked then press enter key to check it. The To Do bar and People Pane are also in the layout group and can usually be set to off. Take care.
