Rick. I like to save straight forward steps , such as these, to solve problems which I might encounter in the future. I don't quite understand what these steps accomplish. Does it allow one to copy data which appears on a web site as a table and allows one to paste it into the email just as data, Which is not in table form? I read the problem that she has written about. She copies from a website and then can't edit it for her email without deleting the table. How does copying data with the virtual curser solve this problem? I want to thank you for all of the help you give me, and all of the people on this list.

This happens when at a website and I need to copy and paste information. When I paste it into a Word docx, there is a table format instead of just being a list like in the past. When I select anything in that table to delete it, it will not just delete one line or something, but the entire table is deleted and all information in that table. I want to stop everything from appearing like tables since I cannot work with this type of information in this format.
