I think that calling tech support is good advice, because you may have a faulty JAWS installation. There's perhaps another thing. I know that with Window Eyes, certain menu choices are locked out depending on the user level you choose, I. e. beginner, intermediate, or advanced. Could that be the same case for JAWS?
