Hi Jim,
I got to the run dialogue and typed run but the flash did not come up I even pressed enter on run and still flash player did not come up did I do something wrong?

Press Windows key and r (should get you to the run menu. Then type run. Flash should come up. Press the JAWS key, CNTRL and V simultaneously and the
version of flash player should come up. JAWS,CNTRL,V is a JAWS command.
