Steve,
I succeeded in uninstalling iobit advanced system care. I really don't know how I did it but the program was not there after playing around. I did not use the ocr, as I said I switched to jaws cursor then moved up and down pressing enter on everything jaws announced as uninstall/cancel button. there are a number of them. I just pressed enter on two of them, restarted my computer and after restart it was no longer there. I'm gonna be more skeptical about the programs I install

Kevin,

I'm coming in late on this, and I haven't tried to completely uninstall my
version of Io Bit 6 Advanced.

But, to confirm, have you completed the following steps?

1. Select Uninstall IOBit.

2. A dialog will appear offering you a free trial of the Pro version.

3. In order to see the Uninstall and Cancel buttons, you may need to use
Convenient OCR. That's what I had to do.

4. Do a double left-click on the Uninstall button.

the program is iobit advanced system care, when I go into my programs list
and select it I get the usual do you want to uninstall, I click yes and I
cannot do anything , I switch to the jaws cursor and move down with the
arrow keys and iget the uninstall button and cancel button announced as one
button. usually if I press enter the first button will execute but nothing
happens. I press tab still nothing anyone know if I can uninstall without
getting sighted help!
