Hi Ed,
The first reply is correct on how to not run JAWS from the system tray, but
you cannot keep it from anouncing "Home Use". This is just one of the
changes that Freedom Scientific put into the program. I run the professional
version, and it always announces this when I open the program or Alt Tab
around to it from another window. I don't know their reasoning behind this,
but that's the way it is.

I just downloaded Jaws 16 and I am running W7. Where do I find the place to
uncheck to keep jays from showing in the task bar. Another words when I do
the alt + tab I hear the JAWS home use. When I was running Jaws 15 I did not
hear this. Can anyone tell me how to correct this.
